Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role offers a pay rate of $22.00 per hour and a day shift: Mon-Thu 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Fri 6:30 AM–3:00 PM. You will help build, pack, or move products that matter and contribute to a safe, efficient operation.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, the ability to read blueprints, and 2–3 years in a production setting. Great team, steady work, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, specifications, and production documents.
  • Willingness to learn FDA, ISO, quality control, and manufacturing compliance standards.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing and production teams in the assembly and completion of complex products and systems.
  • Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions to ensure accurate product assembly.
  • Align materials, assemble components, and build higher-level units according to production requirements.
  • Assist with prototype fabrication, product development, testing processes, and fixture creation.
  • Perform quality inspections and verify finished products meet company, FDA, and ISO standards.
  • Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational flexibility and team success.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Education Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirements


  • 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, medical device manufacturing, or related industrial environments preferred.

  • Experience assembling components and supporting manufacturing builds according to detailed specifications.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.


Physical Capabilities


  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision assembly work.

  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following strict quality and safety procedures.

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as required.

  • Ability to safely use hand tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.
