  • Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools to verify specs.
  • Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and company rules.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic math skills required for measurements, calculations, and quality inspections.
  • Ability to read and follow production instructions, work orders, and safety procedures.
  • Blueprint reading experience preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
  • Experience operating machines such as lathes, mills, drills, presses, or CNC equipment.
  • Ability to perform machine setups, fixture installation, and production adjustments.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing safety and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills.
  • Experience working with cranes, hoists, or material handling equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely maneuver large or heavy materials using cranes, lifting devices, or team lifting procedures.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE and work safely around manufacturing equipment.
Job Duties
  • Follow production instructions, process sheets, blueprints, and supervisor directions to complete manufacturing operations.
  • Set up and operate lathes, mills, drills, presses, CNC machines, and other production equipment according to specifications.
  • Install, align, and secure machine fixtures, dies, punches, blades, and tooling for safe and efficient operation.
  • Monitor machine performance and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring equipment to verify specifications and tolerances.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment or quality issues as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist other departments as needed to support production goals.
