Production Associate/Machine Operator responsibilities include:

• Running a production line
• Replenishing raw materials used in production
• Performing quality control tasks
• Weighing, labeling, and boxing products
• Assisting mechanics during emergency repairs
• Cleaning equipment
• Completing paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following instructions properly

Growth opportunities for strong performers include learning how to operate other equipment, training new employees, warehousing, 5S training, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Control Inspector roles.

Candidates need to be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, strong communicators, fast learners, and able to work independently when needed.
