Position Summary:

The General Production Labor role operates manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality food and beverage products safely and effectively.

Pay rate: $18.83 - $24.30/hour

Where You'll Work:

This role is based at our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lawton, MI.

What You'll Do:

• Operate equipment to meet department goals
• Move, organize, and stage ingredients
• Produce documentation to verify safety, quality, and production standards
• Observe operations to ensure schedules and quality standards are met
• Submit reports summarizing daily production
• Inspect and test production line setups for proper operation
• Check equipment daily for cleanliness and safety
• Clean and sanitize facilities and equipment
• Follow safety programs, GMP, and food safety protocols
• Ensure supplies and ingredients are available for production
• Perform other duties as assigned
