Job description

Amerhart, an SBP brand, is currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Machine Operator/Production Associate in our Sheboygan Falls, WI facility. The primary responsibility of this position is to manually perform all duties associated with tasks such as machine operating and assembly. As a member of the Production team, offering to help others when workload demands, treating teammates with respect and care, and performing work safely according to policies and procedures are critical. This role involves a variety of manual duties, and the workload can change daily or by the hour.

Starting Pay is $22.50/hour + $1 Shift Premium

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and products (e.g., lamination, panel saw, edge bander, CNCs, paint finisher).
• Follow production orders and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings for orders and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Create boxes and stage for orders.
• Inspect products for defects throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate a forklift and complete daily forklift inspections as required.
• Follow safety procedures and policies when performing production duties.
• Clean work area daily.
