Job Description: Machine Operator

Location: Delavan, Wisconsin

Our customer in Delavan, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and adjusting machinery, ensuring quality and precision in production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Receive work assignments; drawings, sequence of operations and machine requirements such as feeds, speeds, dimensions and tolerances.
• Adjust and operate machines to perform progressive machining operations.
• Select and prepare correct part(s) and load into machine.
• Operate machines as required through manipulating levers, hand wheels and by engaging power, adjusting flow of coolant, observing operations, checking dimensions and adjusting as necessary.
• Remove burrs from parts and chips from machine after operation.

Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work at established levels of production.
• Ability to lift and carry of up to 50lbs safely.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, stoop, crouch and kneel.
• Comply with all company, safety and quality policies and procedures.

Pay for Machine Operator:

$17-25/hour.
