Responsabilités

• Coordinate and process customer shipments accurately and on time.
• Determine efficient and cost-effective shipping methods.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and production paperwork.
• Create and track shop work orders through completion.
• Monitor production progress and communicate to the Plant Manager.
• Enter and maintain data in company systems accurately.
• Verify shipping documents and outgoing paperwork.
• Provide professional customer service and communication.
• Work with production and other teams to keep orders moving.
• Maintain organized records and communicate priorities and issues.
