Job summary

G&H Diversified Manufacturing LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse, shipping, and logistics tasks, blending hands-on material handling with administrative coordination.

You will operate forklifts, prepare shipments, manage inventory movements, coordinate carriers and customers, and maintain records in ERP and shipping portals. This developmental role offers exposure to logistics, transportation management, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and ability to perform physical labor safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, drivers and vendors.
• Proficiency with smartphones, laptops, and business software including Excel/Outlook.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload trucks and prepare shipments for domestic and international transport.
• Track inventory movements and assist with cycle counts and stock verification.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and customers.
• Enter and maintain shipment data in ERP and shipping portals; generate reports.
