Job summary

BG Foods is seeking associates to work primarily on the production lines, operating machines and positions across S-1 to S-4 and beyond. You will stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 45 lbs while supporting continuous improvements and teamwork on the Maple Grove production floor in Vermont.

Flexible hours are required to meet production demands; training will cover machine positions and cross-training across departments as determined by management.

Qualifications

• Standing, bending, crouching, reaching, walking, twisting, grasping, pushing, and lifting 10–45 lbs are required.
• Strong work ethic and drive for continuous improvements.
• Support of the Maple Grove team and flexibility to meet production needs.

Position requires employees to operate machines/positions on the production lines; Standing, bending, crouching, reaching, walking, twisting, grasping, pushing, and lifting (10-45 lbs.) are all movements required by the job. Employees will be trained on a machine/position, along with being cross-trained to run as many positions within departments as determined by management. Employees need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, a drive for continuous improvements, and support of the Maple Grove team. Flexible hours are a must due to the demands of production and the nature of the products we produce.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $16.36 - $27.26 Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
