Job summary

BG Foods is seeking a Production Coordinator to support operations management. You will determine weekly staffing from the production schedule, assign overtime, maintain KPI boards, and assist with audits and inventory tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $43,500.00 - $72,500.00 Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
