Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook; ability to look up standard Excel documents.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supervise production line(s) operations.
• Inspect line safety hazards prior to and during production.
• Ensure safety reports are filled and submitted daily.
• Read and follow GMP specifications.
• Perform changeovers, packing, and transfer to new location.
• Balance production, machine repair/troubleshooting, and assist Production Manager.
• Run equipment and perform maintenance as needed; support change management.
• Escalate issues to Production Manager as needed.
