Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of production processes and work requirements.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use various databases and applications independently.
• Ability to manage purchasing, transportation processing, inventory management, and contracts and accountable property.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with customers, colleagues and service providers.
• SQF and HACCP training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all aspects of assigned production line(s).
• Ensure tools and supplies needed to get the job done are available.
• Oversee the integrity of finished product (quality, weights, labeling).
• Discipline and reward employees when appropriate.
• Coordinate line workers communication flow and scheduling.
• Transfer hours on Master Schedule and ensure proper lot numbers are used.
