Job summary

Stemilt Growers is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to oversee the pear production line year-round. You will supervise Stemilters, ensure production goals are met, and work cross-functionally across the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires hiring and training responsibilities, scheduling coordination, and adherence to Stemilt policies. The ideal candidate has 6+ months of production experience, strong MS Office and Oracle knowledge, and excellent communication,

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus but not required.
• Highly organized and punctual with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Stemilters on the production line and ensure goals are met.
• Coordinate hiring, training, disciplining, and scheduling for staff.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service at all levels.
• Read running orders and provide clear, actionable instructions.
• Maintain focus on goals and develop a culture of excellence.
