Job summary

Stemilt Growers is hiring for a full-time Line Lead at the Euclid Plant on the Day Shift. 5:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with possible variation by production needs. Position requires leadership to motivate the line and coordinate with supervision for Stemilt standards.

The role emphasizes quality monitoring, ticket clearance, cost per box tracking, and quick, clear decision-making under production pressure. A pre-employment drug test is required, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies.
• Ability to train new hires in job functions.
• Ability to make quick informative decisions during high pressure periods.
• Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of pack schedules and line timing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in implementing Stemilt standards throughout the line.
• Be a team leader and motivate the line.
• Adjust line speed as needed.
• Monitor cost per box and efficiency.
• Ensure tickets are cleared and production quality is maintained.
• Monitor quality of production and address issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
