Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking a Production Supervisor–Fresh to lead daily Fresh production activities and coordinate with leads and support teams. You will ensure schedules are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards, while monitoring line performance, fruit utilization, and downtime.

Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential to drive continuous improvement on the production floor. The role requires maintaining safety, quality, and adherence to standard work; you will report

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of progressively responsible production experience in manufacturing, food production, fresh produce, or packaging.
Experience supervising or leading teams, with ability to coach employees and manage daily production execution.
Lean manufacturing knowledge, standard work processes, production scheduling, quality control, waste reduction, and OEE preferred.
Experience using production systems (Oracle or similar ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate daily activities of Fresh production personnel in alignment with production schedules and direction from the Production Manager–Fresh.
Monitor production flow, labor placement, line readiness, and schedule completion with leads.
Observe packaging and grading operations to ensure product quality and safety.
Validate adherence to standard work processes and identify gaps impacting OEE, labor efficiency, quality, waste, or throughput.
Monitor production quantities to prevent overproduction, waste, and quality concerns.
Compile, input, and report accurate production data including rates, downtime, and KPI progress.
