Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in implementing Stemilt standards.
• Be a team leader and motivate the line.
• Adjust line speed.
• Monitor cost per box.
• Ensure tickets in are cleared.
• Monitor quality of production.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Skills

Knowledge of fruit grades/sizes and varieties

Ability to train new hires

Ability to make quick decisions under pressure

Detail-oriented with communication skills

Knowledge of pack schedules

Basic computer skills
