Job summary

AOI is seeking a production line support associate to help keep the line running smoothly in Sugar Land, TX. You will assist the production line manager with day-to-day operations, track work orders, and help ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate schedules, enforce cleanroom and ESD rules, support manpower planning, and share in managerial responsibilities to improve efficiency and compliance on the floor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in technology or business.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in technology or business.
• Computer skills for daily activity reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Able to walk, lift and crouch as needed.
• Work in a cleanroom with full gown and mask.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail oriented.
