Job summary

PepsiCo Nashville is seeking a production operator to support beverage manufacturing lines. You will operate and monitor line(s), move materials, complete quality checks, and perform preventive maintenance.

This on-site role requires 18+ years, ability to lift 20–45 pounds, and willingness to work weekends/holidays. The position pays $25.80 per hour and offers a team-focused environment with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience on high speed production lines.
• Ability to read production schedules and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for production lines.
• Experience with sanitization and GMP in a food plant.
• Experience with preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Expedite repairs to line with maintenance as necessary.
• Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
• Work well with others in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
