Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience with high-speed production lines and pallet handling.
• Experience operating packing, filler, and palletizer equipment.
• Experience reading blueprints and schedules.
• Experience with manufacturing computers and GMP/sanitation.
• Experience with minor mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean equipment and area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain clean work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Expedite repairs to line with maintenance as necessary.
• Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operation and reliable attendance.
