Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years operating, maintaining and troubleshooting line production.
• Pass Ramsay Basic Reading/Math and Mechanical Aptitude assessments.
• Experience with hydraulics, centrifugal pumps, machinery alignment, bearings/gears.
• Effective communication in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to drive forklifts and work at height.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production line equipment to prevent or correct mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components and calibrate equipment.
• Check performance of machinery and perform preventative maintenance with Supervisors/Managers.
• Perform accurate quality checks on finished goods and ensure safety devices are in place.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow company policies and safety rules.
