Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years operating, maintaining and troubleshooting production line equipment in manufacturing.
• Must pass Ramsay Basic Reading/Math Assessments and Mechanical Aptitude test.
• Experience with hydraulics, pumps, alignment, bearings/gears, power transmission is preferred.
• Ability to drive forklifts and work shifts including evenings, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production line equipment to prevent or fix mechanical/electrical breakdowns.
• Repair or replace components; calibrate equipment to specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance with supervisors/managers.
• Conduct quality checks on finished goods and ensure safety devices are in place.
