Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Down the Line Mechanic to troubleshoot, set up, operate, repair, maintain and overhaul equipment used to produce 3-piece steel cans. Shift options include 2nd and 3rd with starting pay $28.95 per hour.

Minimum 3–5+ years in production, plus experience with hydraulics, pumps and power transmission. Willingness to work evenings/weekends/on-call and provide personal tools is required.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years operating, maintaining and troubleshooting line production.
• Pass Basic Reading, Math and Mechanical Aptitude assessments.
• Experience with hydraulics, pumps, bearings and gears.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production line equipment.
• Repair or replace broken components and calibrate to spec.
• Perform accurate quality checks on finished goods.
• Maintain safety devices and follow SOPs.
• Provide own tools and work with supervisors on maintenance.
