Qualifications

• MA/MS – 1 year of manufacturing experience in a highly automated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safety, quality, and delivery goals for the line.
• Mentor line associates and promote an Equipment Owner mentality.
• Plan and oversee daily line activities, Tier meetings, and PM execution.
• Ensure root cause analyses are completed and corrective actions implemented.
