Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 10+ years' experience in a highly automated environment with leadership experience.
• AS degree (complete or in-process) with 5+ years' experience in a highly automated environment with leadership experience.
• BA/BS degree with 3 years of manufacturing experience in a highly automated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving key operational and functional goals related to Safety, Quality, and Delivery of the line.
• Daily touchpoints with line associates to mentor associates and support an Equipment Owner mentality.
• Plan and oversee the daily CILT (Pit Stops) and update daily targets and goals on the line’s PVD.
• Spend approximately 65% of the time on the production floor overseeing line activities.
• Prepare and run Tier 1 production meetings and ensure alignment of the Line Centric Organization team.
