Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience on a production line preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to prioritize projects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Good attendance and punctuality record.

Responsibilities

• Directs, leads and monitors production line staff to meet product quality standards.
• Communicates work order requirements, issues, and productivity with Packaging Operators.
• Oversees changeovers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensures label machine productivity and proper label changes.
• Identifies and escalates operational concerns to supervisor/maintenance.
• Inspects products to ensure compliance with specifications and removes defects.
• Completes production kits and paperwork promptly.
• Resolves production line issues with staff support.
