Job summary

Empire is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production line(s). You will supervise line employees, ensure production quality, coordinate scheduling and line preparation, and ensure safety and GMP compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, leadership abilities, and the capacity to train new staff. This position involves long hours in a manufacturing environment and collaboration with QA, Maintenance, and Plant management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with production processes
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all aspects of assigned production line(s).
• Oversee the integrity of finished product quality and labeling.
• Manage attendance and allocate personnel as needed.
• Troubleshoot line issues and communicate equipment issues with maintenance.
• Complete required daily paperwork.
