Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Line Lead in Franklin, WI to set up and oversee production lines and attendants, ensuring safety and efficiency. The role directs employees, adheres to industry rules, and maintains high work standards across shifts.

The candidate will monitor line quality, perform data entry on production reports, and participate in safety meetings while maintaining clean, compliant work areas and safe operations throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production lines to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S.
• Perform recordkeeping including inventory management and order tracking.
• Conduct quality checks and report problems to supervisor.
• Sanitize lines and maintain sanitary equipment.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Attend safety and departmental meetings.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
