Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a motivated production associate to maintain daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced dairy facility in Wisconsin. You will monitor lines, perform quality checks, ensure safety standards, and complete production worksheets while collaborating with a team.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and attention to detail. Competitive pay of $31.16/hour plus shift differential, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
• Reliable and detail oriented with strong punctuality.
• Basic math and unit conversion skills.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Familiarity with safety methods and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S policies.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities in the department.
• Supervise production lines to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Perform recordkeeping including inventory and order tracking.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Conduct quality checks and report issues to supervisor.
• Monitor finished product quality and sanitary conditions.
• Enter data on production reports.
