Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Line Lead in Franklin, WI to set up and oversee production lines and attendants, ensuring safety and efficiency. The role directs employees, adheres to industry rules, and maintains high work standards across shifts.

The candidate will monitor line quality, perform data entry on production reports, and participate in safety meetings while maintaining clean, compliant work areas and safe operations throughout the shift.

• Perform recordkeeping including inventory management and order tracking.
• Conduct quality checks and report problems to supervisor.
• Sanitize lines and maintain sanitary equipment.
• Enter data on production reports.
• Attend safety and departmental meetings.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.

Ready to bring your best?As a Line Lead you will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the production lines and line attendants to ensure that time and safety standards are being met. A qualified individual will be able to effectively lead and direct employees, ensure employee safety, follow all industry rules and regulations, and work to maintain a high standard of work ethics.How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures including but not limited to, GMP, SOP, HACCP, SSOP, and H&S.Oversees the day-to-day manufacturing activities within your department.Supervise production lines to ensure that all orders are completed correctly and on schedule.Perform recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.Work to maintain a safe and orderly workspace that adheres to industry standards.Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor.
