Job summary

Carvana seeks a Line Lead Supervisor to manage a team in an Inspection Center, driving daily targets across multi-stage lines. You will oversee cross-functional workflow, ensure safety and quality, and mentor technicians to sustain high performance and accountability.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment, with lean principles guiding continuous improvement and standardized processes across stations.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or lead experience in high-volume manufacturing/production environments.
• LEAN Manufacturing Experience with 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban.
• Experience overseeing mechanical assembly, inventory handling, and finishing stages.
• High school diploma or GED; willingness to work variable schedules including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations across multi-stage production lines to meet targets.
• Manage the movement of inventory and materials through the production cycle.
• Lead, train, and mentor technicians and specialists across workstations.
• Enforce quality standards for aesthetics, structure, and function before release.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize material staging, and support process improvements.
