Carvana is hiring a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in the Inspection Center, driving production and quality goals. You will coach staff, manage workflows, and ensure safety and process adherence in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes lean principles, cross-functional communication, and proactive problem solving, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with reconditioning processes or lean principles.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and oral.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality targets.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities; identify strengths/weaknesses and opportunities.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with Carvana values.
• Communicate expectations and performance metrics to the team clearly.
