Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Lead role involves providing leadership and direction to production teams while ensuring materials, resources, and workflow remain aligned to keep production lines moving efficiently. This role partners closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and support operational goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills who can provide clear direction, build relationships across teams, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What a typical day looks like:

• Keep production lines supplied with materials and help ensure operations continue running efficiently.
• Communicate daily priorities to team members and coordinate activities to meet production goals.
• Partner with Engineering and other departments to address production issues, material concerns, and process improvements.
• Provide clear written and verbal communication, including shift pass downs, downtime updates, and team direction.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive action to maintain productivity and support continuous improvement.
