Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a hands-on Line Lead to keep production moving, coach the team, and own outputs on the Cincinnati floor. You will work closely with supervisors to resolve issues, monitor safety, quality, and efficiency, and ensure daily goals are met.

This role offers 1st shift with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for training and growth in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Previous lead, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, teamwork, basic math, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production documents, follow specifications, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep production moving safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, staffing needs, changeovers, and shift transitions.
• Reinforce food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety expectations.

Job Opportunity: 1st Shift - Production Line Lead with Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH

1st Shift:

6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed.

What We\'re Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Food production experience is helpful, but strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are most important.

Physical Requirements
