Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business is preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred, whether as lead, trainer, mentor, or supervisor.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and maintain a positive work environment.
• Experience planning work, coordinating production activities, and managing changing priorities.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor by modeling safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
• Coordinate schedules, adjust priorities, and keep production on track.
• Coach employees, answer questions, and help team members succeed.
• Drive SQDC performance by monitoring results and addressing issues.
• Identify and resolve production challenges before they impact delivery.
• Partner across departments to maintain clear communication and smooth operations.
• Support training and development to build future leaders.
• Champion continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Make sound decisions balancing customer needs, quality, and efficiency.
