Job summary

Genesis Products is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations and develop a high-performing, safety-conscious team. You will work with plant leadership to meet customer expectations and drive operational excellence on the production floor.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, ownership, and the ability to coach 20+ associates while coordinating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership potential demonstrated through academics, internships, projects, or military service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with frontline employees and leadership.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 20+ production associates, setting expectations for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Execute daily production plans to meet customer and operational targets, prioritizing workflow.
• Maintain a safe environment aligned with OSHA standards and internal policies.
• Investigate deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions with cross-functional support.
• Review timekeeping, overtime, payroll adjustments, and maintain production documentation.
