Job summary

Genesis Products LLC in Goshen, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations for 20+ associates, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. This role partners with plant leadership to ensure customer expectations are met and operational excellence is achieved.

You will develop a high-performing team through coaching, planning, and clear accountability, while driving processes that improve efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
  • 0–5 years of professional work experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, internships, projects, or early career roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & develop a team of 20+ production associates.
  • Execute daily production plans to meet targets and Lean/continuous improvement goals.
  • Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and internal standards.
  • Investigate deviations and drive corrective actions using root-cause analysis.
  • Administrative leadership incl. timekeeping, overtime, and payroll adjustments.

The supervisor partners closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and drive operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop PeopleSupervise and coach a team of 20+ production associatesEstablish clear expectations and accountability for safety, quality, and productivityProvide consistent feedback, recognition, and performance coachingSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of new employeesFoster a positive, respectful, and performance-driven team cultureDrive Operational ExecutionExecute daily production plans to meet customer and operational targetsPlan and organize work priorities, staffing, and workflowMonitor performance metrics and address gaps proactivelyCollaborate with Plant Manager and Plant Coordinator to anticipate operational needsEnsure Safety & ComplianceMaintain a safe working environment aligned with OSHA and internal safety standardsEnforce company policies fairly and consistentlySubmit timely incident documentation and corrective actionsPromote a safety-first culture across the production floorImprove ProcessesInvestigate operational deviations using root-cause analysisImplement corrective and preventative actionsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing effortsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and team effectivenessAdministrative LeadershipReview and approve timekeeping, overtime, and payroll adjustmentsMaintain accurate documentation related to team member performance and operationsCommunicate effectively across shifts and departmentsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are seeking high-potential individuals who want to build a long-term career in operations leadership.
