Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Details

Salary Range: $60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in daily production functions at Genesis Products facilities. The successful candidate will proactively work with the Plant Manager, Plant Coordinator, and other Operations team members to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, productivity, and quality objectives are achieved
• Plan and organize work objectives, goals, priorities, and define employee roles and responsibilities
• Review and submit timekeeping details, approve overtime, and handle payroll adjustments
• Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement efforts
• Enforce corporate policies and guidelines fairly and consistently; submit incident and corrective action reports
• Maintain safety conditions in compliance with OSHA and best practices
• Investigate deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and develop corrective actions
• Operate manufacturing machinery as needed
