Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in production, manufacturing, operations, or shift leadership.
• Lead hourly teams in fast-paced production.
• Strong safety, GMPs, quality, and standard work knowledge.
• Ability to manage labor, attendance, staffing, line performance, and daily execution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional partnership.
• Ability to prioritize multiple issues and make timely decisions.
• Proficient with basic production data and office tools.
• On-site role with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production execution across shift operations including deodorant and soap lines.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP compliance, and productive output.
• Coach leads, operators and associates; build bench strength.
• Drive daily performance against targets, labor standards, yield, and downtime goals.
• Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, EH&S, and Production leadership to meet schedule.
