Job summary

Dr. Squatch, LLC is seeking a Production Planner to own weekly/monthly production schedules and drive inventory strategies at our Brea, CA facility.

In this role you will collaborate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Quality and Engineering to optimize material flow, maintain data integrity in WMS/Netsuite, and deliver insights to Operations leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2+ years related experience in production planning or supply chain.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills with cross-functional collaboration.
Structured problem solver with attention to detail and data-driven approach.
Develop and maintain strong cooperative relationships within the group and across the organization.
Proven proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets to monitor performance; ERP/WMS experience (Netsuite a plus).

Responsibilities

Develop production schedules to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Manage production plan, work order priorities, capacity plans, and reporting for all lines.
Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are available.
Communicate and mitigate issues with production constraints.
Create and schedule production orders as per plan.
Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Quality and Engineering on schedule execution.
Support scheduling of shipments between plant and 3PL partners.
Interact with shop floor management to resolve scheduling issues.
