About the Role

The Planner converts demand into executable schedules: sequencing production runs across lines and scent variants, balancing changeovers against efficiency, coordinating material availability with buyers, adjusting for downtime and demand swings, and keeping schedule adherence and inventory targets visible to operations leadership.
