Job summary

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Brea, CA facility to lead daily production execution across deodorant and cold‑process soap manufacturing, ensure safety, quality and output, and drive a culture of accountability.

This hands‑on leader will develop the team, maintain standard work, partner with cross‑functional teams, and report to the Production Manager. The base compensation range is $72,000 to $90,000, with company benefits and growth opportunities reflecting local market

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of production/shift leadership experience.
Experience in consumer products or regulated manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production execution across shift operations, including deodorant and soap manufacturing.
Own safety, quality, output, and labor utilization against plan.
Set clear expectations for line leads, operators, and material handlers.
Partner with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, EH&S, and leadership to remove barriers.
Develop a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
Coach and develop production leads and associates on standard work and performance.
Ensure training and onboarding for new associates on the floor.
