Johnson Controls in York, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in assembling and fabricating sub-assemblies. You will drive daily schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with department leaders to optimize output and efficiency.

The role requires an Associate’s degree with at least five years of manufacturing experience, plus strong mechanical, analytical, and communication skills. A competitive bonus plan and benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree and five years of manufacturing experience.
• If no 2-year degree, formal certification plus 8–10 years related experience accepted.
• Normal mechanical and analytical ability is needed as well as good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct production teams to meet daily production schedules in assembly/fabrication.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production plans with Department Leaders.
• Promote safety by maintaining safe surroundings and equipment; reinforce safe practices.
• Maintain daily labor and attendance records and ensure documentation is complete.
• Identify training needs and provide refresher training for staff as required.
