Johnson Controls in York, PA seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee daily quality activities across Inspectors and Leads, ensuring products meet specifications and customer requirements. You will drive improvements, coordinate with engineering and operations, and champion a culture of quality.

You will lead nonconformance management, corrective actions, and data-driven improvements, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality or manufacturing experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality controls.
• Experience with nonconformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of Quality Inspectors and Quality Leads, ensuring products meet standards and specifications.
• Drive quality performance across manufacturing operations and support issue resolution.
• Lead containment, escalation, and resolution of nonconformances with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor quality trends, defects, and process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support quality gates, inspection plans, and standardized work instructions.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed and verified for sustained improvement.
