Trex Company is seeking a Production Manager in Winchester, VA to coordinate and oversee manufacturing teams in a 24/7 operation. You will drive safety, training, and performance, while managing time and attendance, and recruiting efforts.

The role requires 6+ years in manufacturing with 4+ years in supervision; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. You will lead 2-4 salaried supervisors and 2-6 hourly leads, and report to the Operations Manager.

• 4+ years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities
