Trex is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader with 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience to lead a team in a manufacturing setting. You will drive safety, coordinate daily maintenance tasks, troubleshoot complex equipment, and mentor technicians while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role also involves managing attendance, documenting procedures, and coordinating with vendors for preventive and predictive maintenance. Base salary is competitive with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and coordinating tasks.
• Strong safety-first mindset and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate daily maintenance repair tasks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on equipment.
• Manage attendance, time entries, and vacations using Kronos and ADP.
• Develop standard operating procedures and training for technicians.
• Oversee predictive maintenance programs and vendor services.
• Communicate with parts and maintenance teams to ensure availability of spares.
• Attend operations meetings in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.
