Job summary

Trex Company is seeking a Production Manager to coordinate and direct manufacturing shift supervisors and plant personnel at the Little Rock site. This role leads safety initiatives, production planning, and cost control while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising staff and supervisory manufacturing positions.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and a hands-on orientation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain safety programs to assure safe working conditions and eliminate lost time due to accidents.
• Develop production plans consistent with the budget and standards; revise as needed.
• Supervise manufacturing activities to meet budgeted parameters for volume and cost; manage costs within budgets.
• Establish and use production standards to maximize efficiency.
