Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and applicable policies; maintain audit readiness.
• Own and improve operational performance through KPI management, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Manage staffing, equipment, materials, and budgets to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams on process improvements and new products.
• Communicate performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
