The role emphasizes directing a manufacturing team, organizing workflow, and driving continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S/Kaizen while maintaining compliance with GMP/FS and safety policies. Occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in an industrial hands-on maintenance/production capacity.
• 1 to 3 years' experience of direct supervision and management in maintenance and/or production.
• Strong Blow / Injection Mold experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or higher required; degrees preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to production staff to produce rigid manufactured products and meet daily/weekly deliverables.
• Collaboratively drive improvements through daily interaction on the production floor.
• Inspect in-process and finished jobs to ensure workmanship, quality, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate urgency and convey it constructively to staff.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring processes, equipment, and resources; implement cost reductions.
• Organize and prioritize work from production orders and staffing requirements.
• Plan and direct production department efforts to meet GMP/FS requirements and daily targets.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, lean tools).
• Coordinate with other departments to requisition materials and services for the department.
