Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Norco, CA is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, improve throughput, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of production planning, purchasing, supply chain, inventory control, and Lean practices.

You will develop schedules, optimize labor and equipment use, drive continuous improvement, and partner with quality, engineering, and finance to meet cost and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• Experience leading production and operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Develop production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Ensure optimal use of labor, machinery, and materials.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and productivity.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers.
