Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• 5+ years of Lean Manufacturing experience.
• P&L and budget management experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and change management.
• Proven success leading, developing, and retaining high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical capabilities.
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued development of a high‑performing Lean Manufacturing operation, implementing sustainable process improvements across the plant.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and employee engagement.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and balanced scorecards aligned with financial and operational goals.
• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary manufacturing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, procedures, equipment, workflows, and execution strategies.
• Oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing operations and ensure production objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and within budget.
• Partner with supply chain and other support functions to identify efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve customer delivery.
• Contribute to plant budgeting and maintain accountability for financial and operational performance.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Support project pursuits through production‑hour estimating, constructability reviews, and risk analysis.
• Partner with senior manufacturing leadership on strategic and tactical initiatives related to project manufacturing and execution.
• Ensure appropriate manufacturing processes, hazard analyses, safety procedures, and operational standards are established and followed.
